On August 1st, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army of China, the Party branch of Shanxi Baohang Group Co., Ltd. held a discussion in the company’s branch meeting room with company party members and veterans to jointly celebrate the Army Day.

Shanxi Baohang Group Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018. The company has a construction project for a production line of 100,000 tons of wind power flanges, located at No. 1 Tengda Road, Zhuangli Industrial Cluster Area, Dingxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan. Covering an area of 200 acres, it is completed in three phases, with an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, achieving a profit of 400 million yuan, providing 600 jobs. The project has been rated as a provincial key project for two consecutive years, becoming a backbone force in the construction of the Taiyuan-Xin Economic Integration.
At around 9 a.m., a group of 22 people from the company’s Party branch drove to the Xihe Head Tunnel Warfare Memorial Hall in Dingxiang County to visit, raise the national flag, sing the national anthem, and revisit the party membership oath. They listened to the museum director explain the revolutionary history of Dingxiang County and the combat deeds of anti-Japanese heroes. They gained a deeper understanding of the history during the anti-Japanese and liberation wars in Dingxiang County and took a group photo in front of the memorial.

Subsequently, the company’s Party branch secretary Li Zhefeng, chairman Li Baowang, party members, and veterans held a discussion in the company branch meeting room. The meeting was hosted by deputy secretary Yan Shuqing, where each party member and veteran introduced themselves and shared their insights on work. Chairman Li Baowang first congratulated everyone on the holiday and earnestly told everyone: "If the company is a reinforced concrete building, everyone here is the steel reinforcement, connecting with each other to form the main framework. I hope everyone will play a role in unity and leadership in the future, with party building leading the way, veterans not fading, and promoting the fine traditions of the military, making greater contributions to the construction and development of the company."
