Quality Management
The company has more than 30 inspection and testing personnel who meet the qualification requirements, and is fully equipped with various measurement and monitoring instruments and equipment. The physical and chemical testing equipment includes spectrometers, universal testing machines, impact testing machines, hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle testers, handheld spectrometers, and other devices. On-site product testing is equipped with laser leveling instruments, infrared thermometers, various calipers, tape measures, dial indicators, and other essential tools. We have successively obtained TUV Rheinland ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, PED & AD2000, CPR certification, as well as special equipment manufacturing licenses, national electric power PCCC, CNAS, CMA qualifications, etc. To strengthen the management foundation, we have established a dedicated system department that regularly organizes training on quality, environment, and occupational health and safety systems, and effectively conducts internal audits and management reviews to promote the effective operation and continuous improvement of the enterprise management system.
"With reverence in our hearts, we act with restraint." All employees maintain a sense of reverence for quality. Full participation, randomness, and layered verification ensure zero defects in products leaving the factory through a three-tier quality management system. The lowest tier is quality inspection. Each product undergoes quality inspection before entering the next stage to verify the quality of the previous step. Department heads and managerial staff conduct random inspections at certain frequencies, listing the inspection results in a checklist format, which constitutes the second quality control level. The third level is overseen by senior executives of the quality control team and the highest management level, who randomly inspect some products to check if the records are complete. Inspectors also select some testing equipment to participate in supervising the final inspection process.
